First Day of school!

Liz was so excited about school. She was up early and ready to get dressed as soon as she got up and was ready to go. Both the kids were excited. The other little girl is Emma and she is one of the kids that I watch and she goes to preschool with them. They all were so excited to go!
I love how excited they were for school. Let's just hope it stays that way. Liz is going to be going 4 days a week starting the week Sept 14th. She will be going Monday through Thursday while Stephen and Emma go Tuesday and Thursday. She getting extra help seeing as how she starts school next year. They are so cute.

Last week of preschool

Liz had been begging me to put the pool up all weekend. I finally got it put up Monday and the kids love the pool. I love watching them splash around. They have the greatest time in there. Look at her cute face. She loves swimming and being in the water. She has a nice tan already.

Stephen has the cutest smile. The only way to get him to look at the camera is to say "Stephen say Chuck e Cheese" and he will look every time. I love it. He loves the pool just as much as Liz does and he has a nice tan as well. It makes me sick.

Here Liz is blowing bubbles. She loves bubbles. She had the greatest time. She is really going to miss preschool. She always looked forward to preschool.

Stephen has the cutest face. He almost looks like a alien. He looks so funny. I love how funny his eyes look.








Liz looks just as funny as Stephen does. Her nose looks like it is smashed down. Her eyes almost look cross eyed. I love these pictures. They looks so cute.



Here he is wearing a new outfit that I got him. He was so excited to wear it. He looks so good in blue. It brings the blue out in his eyes. Liz look so cute. She looks so grown up. I can't believe how cute she is.I got a new hair cut. I had to get it cut. It was past my shoulder blades and I can't stand to have my hair that long. I love it now though. I blow dry it and curl it and it is so cute and light and easy. Everyone at church on Sunday told me that they loved it. It felt so good to have it cut and especially now since it is getting warmer.These are the cutest kids in the world. Liz loved the new dress. She wanted to wear it all day. Stephen has the cutest smile ever. Liz almost always makes a dorky smile when we take her picture. But they are so adorable. I love it.

I love this one. They look so cute together. I love them all so much. I can hardly ever get her to make a cute smile. Stephen looks like he is mad, but I still love this one. Matthew is actually making a real smile as well. They are so cute and I love them so much.

This weekend we went to a place call Freestone Park. It was a nice place for kids to play. They had a train ride, carousel ride, a ferris wheel, and they had park for the kids to play at. Stephen just looked so cute standing there by that sign. He had a pretty good time. They didn't like the carousel, but we did happen to get Stephen to ride the train and he loved it. It went by the lake and the waterfalls that they had there. He loved all the waterfalls and the ducks. There were birthday party's and reunions going on there. It was fun. I really enjoyed the little park. Liz only rode the carousel and that was it. For some reason she didn't want to ride anything else. But Stephen had a great time. He was laughing his head off at some of the ducks in the water.

In this picture is the head of a turtle in the water. We tried so hard to get a closer shot. I hope you can see it. It would bring it's head in and out of the water. It was so cute. The kids were screaming at it. It was so funny. I loved it. It was really cute to watch it.
In this one the kids were playing at the park. They were having so much fun with all the slides and swings. Stephen was really enjoying himself. He was all over the place. He was running playing and have so much fun.

Liz loved going do the slides. She kept saying how much fun she was having on the slides. But she hated the trains and carousel. We couldn't get her to ride anything. But she loved the slides and the ducks and the water.
As you can see the loved the big rocks that they can jump off of. They loved it. Even though they didn't like the rides so much, they loved everything else. They had a good time with the water and watching the ducks. It was fun to watch them. Stephen has no fear when it comes to heights. Me on the other hand, I hate it. He worries me so.Here is the picture that Matthew took of all the Ducks, big and small all trying to get on the same rock. It was so cute to watch them. I know the kids loved it. The ducks didn't even fly away when Stephen was screaming with excitement.

It was a good day. I just loved watching the kids explore and have fun. The kids seem to really enjoy it. They both fell alseep about 15 minutes before we got home. But oh well, they were pooped from all the fun they had.

Painting

Yesterday, the kids were painting with Jose,who is from Headstart and they had a great time. Stephen as you can see what really enjoying the painting. His favorite color to paint with was red paint.He used the entire red bottle. It was fun to watch him paint.



Liz has a good time as well. She was creating all kinds of things. It was fun to watch her make things withe paint. She even put some her face. It was a cute picture. She kept telling me that she was having fun and that she wants to paint all the time. It was so much fun watching her paint all kinds of cute pictures.

Happy Easter

Today was such a good day. Well except, Connie got sick and Liz doesn't fell well either. But it was a nice day. Matthew sang in the choir today and he did a great job. Matthew has a great voice and did such great job on the solo. I was crying it was so good.

Today Liz brought me a flower in from outside to thank me for dinner. I felt so loved and I was truly thankful for a child who understands what it means to be thankful for something. I loved it and yes I did cry.

We had a great day with Connie and Dick being here. I know that they had a good time and enjoyed this weekend. We played games all day on Saturday, well except for going to Liz's soccer meeting and for the ward party. It was fun though. On Saturday it was raining and there was a beautiful rainbow.
Stephen was really funny. He loves to walk around in his diaper and it just happened that he wanted to eat chips and watch the Backyardigians at the same time. These are some great pics of Stephen.
























The kids were so excited when Connie and Dick got here that they just were all over Dick. He loved it as you will be able to tell.





I am grateful for my family and friends and thankful for my Savior Jesus Christ's sacrifice for me and for the atonement. I fell truly blessed every day for all the many people that I have in my life and for all the things that I have learned from them. I love them all.

What's new

Well, it has been a long time since I was on here. I have been extremely busy, but I going to try and keep this updated. Well, we haven't really done anything cool except get a van last Sept and we love it. It has a DVD player and the kids love it so much and so do we. We love how quick the kids shut up when the movie comes on.

We bought Matthew a car with our Tax return and man am I glad. We needed it. I have places I need to go and it is hard to do anything with one car. So everything has worked out pretty good. The kids are doing great.

Liz is in preschool and she loves it. She goes with Emma, one of the kids that I watch and they have a great time. Liz is so smart. I love it and it makes me feel like a good parent knowing how smart she is. She loves Dora the Explorer and the Backyardigians. She goes around singing the songs all the time. I love that she is getting into learning and getting an imagination. She is great. She has also been doing t-ball She just finished the winter season and she did great.

Stephen is growing up so fast and talks all the time. He loves the movie Cars and his room is even painted with the colors of cars. He is so funny. I just love how he is getting is on personality and wanting to do everything on his own. This kid can eat. There hasn't been anything that we can find that he won't eat. When he eats like he hasn't eaten in a long time. It is so funny.

Well, as for me, I have been really sick lately and I have been going to the Dr a lot trying to figure out what is going on. I have had a lot of things going in my family, but we are doing ok.I am the Camp Director and also the sports director for the Young Women. I love these callings. I love the young women in our ward with all my heart.

Matthew still works for Intuit and he loves it, but I know that he would love to be doing something more with his life. He is almost done with school. He has been working so hard on graduating from school. Once he is done, I can go. Woohooo. Matthew is the Elders Quorum President in our ward. He is also in a band called Citizen Saint. They are great. I love listening to them play. He plays the bass and does a great job.

Out little family is doing great these days and we are surviving and trying to make sure that we do what we need to do.
